	The image is printed on to a 350gsm artist canvas using solvent inks to maximise longevity. Once printed the image is stretched over 44mm wide bars to keep the frame straight even over the largest sizes. The stretcher bars are cut and slotted to fit together in the traditional way. Wedges are loose inserted to re-tension the canvas later. Frames sizes greater than 30 inches are slotted for Brace Bars. These minimise the possibility of long sides bowing inwards under tension. To further enhance the image and for extra protection a varnish may be applied. A unique hanger design allows it to fit over a standard picture hook and lets the art hang flat against the wall.
