Outdoor Panels
In 1995 we produced our first outdoor panel, the experience accumulated over the past ten years has been successfully applied to our most robust panels to date. The artwork is printed onto a cast vinyl using temperature controlled solvent inks. The vinyl is then carefully sandwiched between 8mm clear acrylic and 10mm PVC. The panel is then shaped as required and resin sealed all round giving a long lasting and UV stable (up to 5 years) outdoor panel.
We have also produced panels with an A4 door at the rear of the panels so that information sheets (weather reports etc) can be inserted.
The main reasons for using this type of construct is the brilliant vivid colours that can be produced and the very reasonable turnaround times – 6 to 7 working days. |
